As entrepreneur Glen Llopis wrote here in Forbes, “Without strategy, change is merely substitution not evolution.” I couldn’t agree more, which is why I dedicated several sections in Billion Dollar Apps to discussing mobile strategy goals and how to follow the Billion Dollar Apps SM process to achieve them.

Laying the groundwork for your organization’s mobility starts with envisioning a destination—an endgame congruent with your organization’s goals.

Change agents are in a unique position. On one hand, they’re not very far removed from the people that make up an organization’s workforce. Executives and other managers may not be so lucky.
