Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements, determine fit with Lextech and recommend appropriate application of technologies
• As an applications specialist, assist with pre-sales process when required
• Define project vision/scope documentation, develop specs and work with engineering team to execute to our defined process
• Test and demonstrate client builds prior to roll-out
• Manage client expectations and communications throughout project timeline including change in scope implications
• Understand partner offerings and cooperate with partners to leverage best value for client from mutual resources

Required Experience

• At least 5 years experience with custom software development in BA/PM role
• Demonstrated success managing several projects as the principal client contact covering a wide range of applications
• Complex systems implementation experience covering distributed networks with multiple components
• Professional PM training/certification encouraged

Required skills

• Excellent written, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
