Lextech Global Services was awarded the ‘Most Monetizable iPhone App’ at iOSDevCamp in San Jose, CA this past weekend for video production and broadcasting app, LexStudio. LexStudio allows anyone to easily produce and stream live video from events like graduations, sports games and conferences without expensive broadcasting equipment.

This game-changing app pulls video from iPhone users around an event and allows a producer to mix and internet broadcast the video in real time. Lextech anticipates the official release of LexStudio later this year.

Five members of the Lextech team, including Bratton, started developing LexStudio Friday night and demonstrated the app to an audience of 300+ on Sunday afternoon. Hundreds of developers participated in the 48 hour hackathon to create the best iOS apps for Apple’s iPhone & iPad devices.

Lextech was a 2008 iPhoneDevCamp winner of the “Coolest iPhone App” award for iRa Pro, a video surveillance solution putting real time video into the hands of mobile security teams and federal agencies. Lextech also received an Edison Innovation Award for New Technology Product of the Year for its iPhone work.
