We are not looking for lone gun coders. All employees must work well with others and life will be a lot easier if you enjoy it. Our team collaborates on every project, whether it be during the design phase or a code review. This also requires that you live in the Chicago area. We find that our teams are more effective when they can have regular face-to-face contact.
Expert knowledge, student mentality.
Our team knows the technology we work with inside and out. They also accept that it is unrealistic to expect to know everything. We are constantly taking on new types of projects and require team members to ramp up quickly on new technologies. The drive and initiative to learn is critical for success at Lextech.

We don’t expect everything to be sunshine and butterflies, but we do think it is imperative to maintain a positive attitude through good times and adversity.
